Anouk performs "Michel" LIVE at Antwerp's Sportpaleis in Belgium on 24th March 2012. Anouk Teeuwe, professionally known by the mononym Anouk, is a Dutch singer. "Michel" is from Anouk's second album "Urban Solitude", released in November 1999. With Anouk's musical style combining Joan Osborne, Melissa Etheridge and Alanis Morissette, she has been regarded as one of the most popular Dutch rock singers. Anouk has released seven studio albums to date. Her most recent record, To Get Her Together, was released on 20 May 2011.
